Due to a greater than anticipated response to stay at the conference hotel, we have arranged with the hotel to make more rooms available at the special conference rate of $199.

If you had any prior difficulty reserving a room at the conference rate, that problem should now be resolved.   We therefore encourage you to try again and we apologize for this inconvenience.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The IEEE Communications Society has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed block of rooms at the Westin Maui. Significant financial penalties will be assessed should IEEE NOMS 2012 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms’ attendee. By staying at the conference hotel, you will enjoy the convenience of residing at the conference venue and to a far greater extent provide valued assistance in support of IEEE ComSoc's financial obligations.
