Registration The Registration Desk in on the Ocean Lanai Terrace, Mezzanine Level of the Westin Maui. The hours of registration are: Sunday 4/15/2012 Registration 15:00 - 19:00 Monday 4/16/2012 Registration 7:00 - 20:00 Tuesday 4/17/2012 Registration 7:00 - 18:00 Wednesday 4/18/2012 Registration 7:00 - 18:00 Thursday 4/19/2012 Registration 7:00 - 15:00 Friday 4/20/2012 Registration 8:00 - 14:00 Social Events There is a Welcome Reception on Monday evening from 19:00 - 21:00 on the Lanai/Kauai Pool Deck of the Westin Maui. There is a Luau (banquet) on Wednesday evening from 18:30 - 21:00 in the Aloha Pavillion & Ko'ala at the Westin Maui. If your registration includes these events you will find one drink ticket in your registration packet for the reception, and one for the luau. There will also be cash bars at both events. Badges IEEE/IFIP NOMS badges must be worn at all times and are necessary for admittance into all sessions, including keynotes, panels, workshops, tutorials and technical sessions, the welcome reception and banquet/luau. Friendly Reminder Please make sure cell phones and other communication devices are set to a silent mode during active sessions. The speakers and audience thank you for your consideration. Tickets On the days that a person has a registration that includes lunch, hotel vouchers with a maximum value of $21 will be handed out on-site for use in the Westin Maui's ŒONO Bar & Grill, Beach Bar or Colonnade Cafe during the lunch breaks. Tickets for workshops and tutorials you may have registered for, as well as tickets for one drink at the welcome reception and one drink at the banquet, if it is included with your registration category, will be in your Registration Packet. We recommend that you tear the tickets off the perforated sheets and keep them in your badge holder for safekeeping over the course of the week. This basic coverage also includes the public spaces such as the lobby and public areas, excluding most of the pool areas. An upgrade to a higher bandwidth is available at a price of $14.99 per day. For attendees who are not staying at the Westin Maui there will be no wifi available. Parking For attendees staying at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa self-parking is complimentary. Limited valet parking is available for $18/day. Note: The Westin Maui Resort & Spa does not provide parking for non-registered guests. However, there is parking next door at Whaler's Village for $30.00 per day. Whaler's Village is within very close walking distance from the hotel.
